Nintendo has all but confirmed the return of Stage Builder on Smash Bros. Ultimate

At the beginning of Nintendo’s latest Smash Bros. Ultimate ad you can see a ‘Stage Building mode’, a mode that has yet to be released to the public, on the main menu screen of this Smash Bros Ultimate. Ad below.

In the lower right hand corner you can make out the words ‘Stage Builder’

The stage builder mode was originally released for Smash Bros. Brawl, and Smash Bros. for WiiU.

When Smash Bros. Ultimate was released last year, some fans were a bit disappointed that this iteration of the Smash Bros. lacked the mode, but now in light of this footage Smash, fans can rejoice in its possible resurgence. Hopefully, we’ll be hearing more about this upcoming feature in a future Nintendo Direct, thoughts?
